These lovely tulips were from the stamp set Blessed Easter (now retired) The water-colour paper takes the water beautifully. I used Stampin' Up!'s Classic Ink and the Aquapainter to colour the images.
Here I cut down the notecard and adhered to a Basic Gray card base. The flowers were part of the notecard; I just added the sentiment and silver twine. The second one I messed up the stamping so I corrected it by stamping on some Basic Grey, flagging one end and adding a co-ordinating Candy Dot.
Doesn't get much simpler than this. I used a large sentiment called Million & One and added a three stars from the In Color Sequin Assortment. This card base was also cut down and adhered to a retired piece of Gumball Green card stock. I can get eight cards from these four green water-colour card bases.
I got to use up some old retired silver and gold twine on these cards from years ago. The silver is all used up now!! This card uses the gold.
The tiny rhinestones were coloured with Blendabilities. The rhinestones themselves were from my stash and are non Stampin' Up! The other flower images are from Simply Sketched (now retired)
