A blog created to help me commit to creating and accomplishing. Why Turtle Creations? Because I can be as slow as one when it comes to finishing my projects! You may also encounter the occasional post about some very special blessings! Or the occasional quilt project. If you'd like to purchase any of the papercrafts you see here contact me and I'll let you know if it's available.
Simple and quick! I used one of the papers from the 2014 Sale-a-bration Designer Series Paper Sweet Sorbet with the stamp set Million & One. Flowers are from Petite Petals from the spring mini which I stamped in Pool Party and adhered a neutrals Candy Dot for the centre. Card base is Early Espresso.
You can earn the paper FREE with a $60 purchase! Sale-a-bration goes on until March 31, 2014.
Two great images in the Million & One stamp set...

Don't forget the punch…you can buy it individually for $15.95 or get it with the Petite Petals stamp set as a bundle and save 15%
Been busy watching the Olympic skating event! Canadian skaters…FABULOUS IS WHAT YOU ARE!!!
Good as Gold!! Earn it FREE! Sale-a-Bration is the best time of year to order product. For every $60 you spend from the annual or seasonal catalogue you can choose specially designed product for FREE.
I'll showcase a lot of the FREE product choices over the next couple of weeks. Sale-a-bration has already begun and runs until March 31, 2014.
This FREE product choice is called GOOD AS GOLD and is a Simply Sent card kit. All you need are your own adhesives. The sample above is a card made with just the kit contents. I used the stretchy gold twine and tied a bow as an embellishment. The kit includes (8) 5" X 7" card bases pre-scored to make a 5" X 3.5" card front.
This second card is one I made by using half of the original card base trimmed to 4.75" X 3.5" adhered to an A2 card base using Bermuda Bay card stock. I used the Simply Stars stamp set and embellished with the kit contents (baker's twine, gold star and sentiment punch out).
